This Privacy Policy applies to Roster: Client Scheduling ("the App"), developed and published by Artisans 3D ("we", "us", or "our"). Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the App.

1. No Collection of Personal Data by Artisans 3D

The App does not collect, transmit, sell, rent, or share any personally identifiable information with Artisans 3D.

The App does not require user registration, login, account creation, or a cloud account.

We do not receive or access your business information, client records, appointment data, receipts, notes, reports, backups, exports, or settings.

Your use of the App is private from our perspective.

2. Local Data Storage

The App allows users to create and manage appointment schedules, business details, rooms or resources, staff, services, client records, appointment notes, receipts, reports, settings, backups, and exports.

All data entered into the App is stored locally on your device.

This data is not transmitted, uploaded, or accessible to Artisans 3D.

If you delete the App, locally stored data may also be removed by the operating system.

3. Client and Business Information

The App may be used to store business and client information, such as names, phone numbers, appointment details, service details, notes, prices, and appointment history.

This information is created and managed by you inside the App and remains stored locally on your device.

Artisans 3D does not collect, review, process, or access this information.

You are responsible for ensuring that any client or business information you enter into the App is handled in accordance with laws and regulations that apply to your business.

4. File Export, Backup, Receipts, and User Responsibility

The App provides features to generate, export, back up, restore, print, or share data such as appointment receipts, reports, JSON backups, and other locally generated files.

All exports are performed locally on your device and saved or shared only when you choose to do so.

You are solely responsible for managing, storing, sharing, printing, emailing, or distributing any exported files or generated documents.

Artisans 3D does not receive copies of exported files, backups, receipts, reports, or printed documents.

5. Email, Printing, and Sharing

The App may allow users to create receipts or other documents that can be shared, printed, or sent using Apple system features or other apps installed on the device.

When you choose to share, print, or send a document, that action is handled by the operating system or the selected third-party app or service.

Artisans 3D does not control those external apps or services and does not receive the shared content.

You are responsible for reviewing the information before sending or sharing it.

6. Payments

If the App is distributed as a paid download or offers optional in-app purchases, payments are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store.

We do not collect, process, or store any payment or billing information.

All transactions are governed by Apple's terms and privacy policies.

7. Third-Party Services

The App does not use third-party analytics tools, advertising SDKs, tracking technologies, or external data collection services.

The App relies only on standard Apple system frameworks. Any data handled by Apple's operating system is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

8. Internet Connectivity

The App does not require an internet connection to function.

The App does not transmit user data to Artisans 3D over the internet.

Some optional actions, such as sharing or sending documents through other apps or Apple system services, may require internet access depending on the service you choose.

9. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.

10. Data Security

Although the App does not collect or transmit user data to Artisans 3D, we follow industry best practices to maintain a secure and stable application environment.

All app data is processed locally on the user's device.

You are responsible for protecting access to your device and for safely storing any backups or exported files you create.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.

Continued use of the App after any modifications indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
