Sour Fuzz – Four-Stage Fuzz Pedal PCB

Sour Fuzz is a classic four-stage silicon fuzz pedal built around a simple hard-clipping transistor topology. It delivers long sustain, heavy saturation, and a wide tone range using a straightforward analog signal path with no digital processing or firmware involved.

The design follows a well-established fuzz architecture and has been reworked for surface-mount components to achieve a compact layout and consistent behavior across builds. The circuit is intentionally simple, making it suitable both for DIY builders and for small-batch pedal projects.

This product is supplied as a pedal PCB. Audio jacks, DC power jack, 3PDT footswitch, enclosure, and wiring are not included and must be added by the user according to their preferred stompbox layout.
