1. Use of the App
Fluid Control Pro is designed for CNC machine control using FluidNC-based controllers. The app is provided for personal and commercial use in machine operation. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the app without prior written consent from Artisans 3D.
2. In-App Purchases and Licensing
The app offers premium features available through in-app purchases. Transactions are processed securely via the App Store (Apple) or Google Play Store. By making a purchase, you agree to the applicable app store’s terms and conditions. Refunds are subject to the store’s refund policy.
Some features may require a subscription or one-time purchase. The license is granted on a per-user basis and cannot be shared, transferred, or resold.
3. Connectivity and Machine Control Disclaimer
- The app connects to CNC machines via Wi-Fi using telnet protocol.
- Users are responsible for ensuring their CNC machine operates safely.
- Artisans 3D is not liable for any damage, accidents, or machine malfunctions resulting from the use of the app.
- It is the user’s responsibility to verify all G-code commands before execution.
4. Intellectual Property
All software, code, UI elements, and branding within the app are the intellectual property of Artisans 3D or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Artisans 3D is not responsible for:
- Errors in G-code execution.
- Connection failures with CNC machines.
- Any loss of data, machine malfunctions, or material damage.
Users assume full responsibility for ensuring safe machine operation.
6. Privacy
Use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines data collection, usage, and user rights. The app does not collect or store personal CNC machine data without user consent.
7. Updates and Changes
We may update these Terms and Conditions as needed. Continued use of the app after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Any disputes related to these terms will be resolved in accordance with Bulgarian law.
By using the app via the Apple App Store, you also agree to comply with Apple’s terms and conditions, including applicable governing laws.
