2. Audio Processing and Recording

Artisans 3D Pedalboard processes audio input in real time for the purpose of guitar effects simulation.

The app also provides an optional recording feature that allows users to record their performance.

All audio processing and recordings occur locally on your device.

Audio recordings are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted, uploaded, shared, or accessible to Artisans 3D.

You are solely responsible for managing, exporting, or deleting your recordings.

3. Local Data Storage

The app may store user-created pedal chains, presets, settings, and recordings locally on your device.

This data remains entirely on your device and is not accessible to us.

If you delete the app, this locally stored data may also be removed by the operating system.

4. Payments

If the app is distributed as a paid download or offers optional in-app purchases, payments are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store.

We do not collect, process, or store any payment or billing information.

All transactions are governed by Apple’s terms and privacy policies.

5. Third-Party Services

Artisans 3D Pedalboard does not use third-party analytics tools, advertising SDKs, tracking technologies, or external data collection services.

The app relies only on standard Apple system frameworks (such as AVFoundation and Core Audio) for audio functionality. Any data handled by Apple’s operating system is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy.

6. Microphone Access

The app requires access to your device’s microphone or connected audio interface for real-time audio processing and optional recording functionality.

Microphone access is used only while the app is active and strictly for its intended functionality.

Audio input and recordings remain on your device and are not transmitted, uploaded, or shared with Artisans 3D.

7. Children’s Privacy

Artisans 3D Pedalboard is not directed to children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.

8. Data Security

Although the app does not collect or transmit user data, we follow industry best practices to maintain a secure and stable application environment. All processing occurs locally on the user’s device.
