Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to Blueprint: Cabinet Design ("the App"), developed and published by Artisans 3D ("we", "us", or "our"). Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the App.

1. No Collection of Personally Identifiable Information

The App does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email address, or contact details.

The App does not require user registration, login, or account creation.

The App generates a randomly assigned identifier tied to your account, used solely to check and track your render-credit balance on our server. This identifier is transmitted automatically each time you launch the App, regardless of whether you use the Photo-Real Render feature. It is not your name, email, or any other personal detail — see Section 5 for how it's used when you do generate a render.

Your use of the App's core cabinet and room design features is otherwise anonymous from our perspective.

2. Local Data Storage

The App allows users to create cabinet designs, layouts, and project files.

All data, including cabinet projects, settings, and generated outputs, is stored locally on your device.

This data is not transmitted, uploaded, or accessible to Artisans 3D — with the exception of the account-linked identifier described in Section 1, and the Photo-Real Render feature described in Section 5, which transmits specific data as part of generating a render.

If you delete the App, locally stored data may also be removed by the operating system.

3. File Export and User Responsibility

The App provides features to export data such as cut list PDFs, order sheet spreadsheets, and project files.

All exports are performed locally on your device and saved to locations you choose.

You are solely responsible for managing, sharing, or distributing any exported files.

4. Payments

If the App is distributed as a paid download or offers optional in-app purchases — including consumable render credit packs — payments are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store.

We do not collect, process, or store any payment or billing information. We never have access to your card details.

If you purchase render credits, an App Store transaction identifier is sent to our server solely to credit your account with the correct number of credits.

All transactions are governed by Apple's terms and privacy policies.

5. Photo-Real Render Feature

The App includes an optional feature, Photo-Real Render, that generates a photorealistic image of your current 3D room or cabinet design using artificial intelligence.

An account-linked identifier is generated automatically on every App launch and sent to our own server (not to myArchitectAI) to check and update your render-credit balance — this happens independent of whether you actually generate a render, so your balance stays current. See Section 1 for more on this identifier.

If you actively choose to use this feature, the following additional data is sent from your device to our server (render-api.artisans3d.com) and forwarded to our third-party AI rendering provider, myArchitectAI, solely to generate the image you requested:

• An image of your current 3D room/cabinet scene (this is your design, not a photograph of you or your physical space).
• Any optional text prompt you type describing materials, colors, or finishes. If you type personal information into this prompt, that is your own choice — please avoid doing so.

Generated renders are saved locally on your device in the App's Renders gallery, and are stored on our server only for as long as needed to deliver the image and support edit/upscale actions on that same render.

6. Third-Party Services

The App does not use third-party analytics tools, advertising SDKs, or tracking technologies.

The only third-party data processing that occurs is described in Section 5 above (our AI rendering provider, myArchitectAI, used solely to generate images you explicitly request).

The App relies otherwise only on standard Apple system frameworks. Any data handled by Apple's operating system is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

7. Internet Connectivity

The App's core cabinet and room design features do not require an internet connection to function.

However, the App does contact our server on each launch to check for available promotional offers and to refresh your render-credit balance (see Section 1), and requires an internet connection to use the Photo-Real Render feature described in Section 5.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.

9. Data Security

We follow industry best practices to maintain a secure and stable application environment. Most processing occurs locally on your device; where data is transmitted, as described in Sections 1 and 5, it is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after any modifications indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
