Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of CabinetDesigner ("the App"), developed and published by Artisans 3D ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, purchasing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. License

Artisans 3D grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, subject to Apple’s App Store Terms of Service.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or exploit any part of the App except as permitted by applicable law.

2. Payments and In-App Purchases

The App may be distributed as a paid download through the Apple App Store. Additional features or functionality may be offered as optional in-app purchases.

All payments and transactions are processed by Apple. We do not collect or store payment information.

All purchases are subject to Apple’s billing policies and refund rules.

3. Planning Tool Disclaimer

CabinetDesigner is a planning and visualization tool.

All dimensions, clearances, materials, hardware compatibility, joinery, drilling positions, edge banding requirements, and manufacturing tolerances must be independently reviewed and verified by the user before production.

The App does not account for all real-world variables including but not limited to material behavior, tool limitations, machine calibration, hardware specifications, or fabrication workflows.

The developer provides no guarantee that generated layouts, dimensions, cut lists, or assembly drawings are accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific use.

Use of the App and any generated output is entirely at your own risk.

4. No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, compatibility with all hardware, or that the App will meet your specific requirements.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Artisans 3D shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

This includes, but is not limited to:

- Errors in dimensions, layouts, or generated panel data.

- Incorrect cut lists, assembly drawings, or edge banding specifications.

- Material waste, manufacturing defects, or fabrication errors.

- Loss of data, project files, or configurations.

- Business interruption or financial loss.

You are solely responsible for verifying all outputs before manufacturing or use.

In any case, the total liability of Artisans 3D arising out of or related to the App shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the App.

6. User Responsibility

You agree to use the App responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

You are responsible for verifying all generated data and ensuring it is suitable for your specific use case, tools, materials, and production methods.

7. Updates and Modifications

We may update or modify the App from time to time to improve functionality, security, or compatibility.

Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated.
