Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Pocket Arcade ("the App"), developed and published by Artisans 3D ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, purchasing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. License

Artisans 3D grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, subject to Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, decompile, or exploit any part of the App except as permitted by applicable law.

2. Payments and In-App Purchases

The App may be distributed as a free or paid download through the Apple App Store. Additional features, such as removing ads, may be offered as an optional in-app purchase.

All payments and transactions are processed by Apple. We do not collect, process, or store payment or billing information.

All purchases, refunds, and billing matters are subject to Apple's billing policies and refund rules.

3. Entertainment Purposes Only

The App is a collection of casual mini-games provided for entertainment purposes only.

High scores, win streaks, and any in-game statistics are recreational and have no value or significance outside the App.

4. Virtual Currency and No Real-Money Gambling

Some games within the App (such as Blackjack) use a virtual, in-game bankroll and virtual bets for gameplay purposes only.

This virtual currency has no real-world monetary value, cannot be purchased, cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or cashed out for real money or any other item of value, and exists solely within the App.

The App does not offer or involve real-money gambling, wagering, or games of chance for prizes of monetary value.

5. User Data and Backups

The App stores your high scores, settings, and purchase status locally on your device.

Artisans 3D is not responsible for lost, deleted, corrupted, or unrecoverable data.

If you delete the App, reset your device, restore your device, or replace your device, your locally stored data (including high scores) may be lost.

6. No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, compatibility with all hardware, compatibility with all operating system versions, or that the App will meet your specific requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Artisans 3D shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

This includes, but is not limited to:

- Loss of high scores, settings, or other locally stored data.

- Interruptions, crashes, bugs, or performance issues.

- Incompatibility with your device or operating system version.

- Any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the App.

In any case, the total liability of Artisans 3D arising out of or related to the App shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the App.

8. User Responsibility

You agree to use the App responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

You are responsible for protecting access to your device and for any use of the App on your device, including by other people who use your device.

9. Updates and Modifications

We may update, modify, add, remove, or change App features from time to time to improve functionality, security, compatibility, or performance.

Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated.

Sections relating to payments, user responsibility, disclaimers, no warranty, limitation of liability, and data responsibility shall survive termination.

11. Apple App Store Terms

Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's App Store Terms of Service and any other applicable Apple terms, rules, and policies.

In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Apple's applicable terms, Apple's terms may apply where required by Apple or applicable law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.

Continued use of the App after any modifications indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
