Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Roster: Client Scheduling ("the App"), developed and published by Artisans 3D ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, purchasing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. License

Artisans 3D grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, subject to Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, decompile, or exploit any part of the App except as permitted by applicable law.

2. Payments and In-App Purchases

The App may be distributed as a paid download through the Apple App Store. Additional features, tiers, or functionality may be offered as optional in-app purchases.

All payments and transactions are processed by Apple. We do not collect, process, or store payment or billing information.

All purchases, refunds, and billing matters are subject to Apple's billing policies and refund rules.

3. Scheduling and Business Tool Disclaimer

The App is a scheduling, booking, client management, receipt, reporting, and business organisation tool.

The App is provided to help users manage appointments, jobs, sessions, meetings, rooms, resources, staff, services, clients, receipts, reports, backups, and related business information.

The App does not replace professional business, legal, accounting, medical, clinical, veterinary, regulatory, employment, tax, or financial advice.

You are solely responsible for verifying all appointment details, client information, prices, receipts, reports, exported files, backups, business records, and any other data created or managed using the App.

Use of the App and any generated output is entirely at your own risk.

4. User Data and Backups

The App stores user-created data locally on your device.

You are responsible for maintaining your own backups and for safely storing any exported files, JSON backups, receipts, reports, or other documents generated by the App.

Artisans 3D is not responsible for lost, deleted, corrupted, overwritten, inaccessible, or unrecoverable data.

If you delete the App, reset your device, restore your device, replace your device, or fail to maintain backups, your data may be lost.

5. Client and Business Information

You are responsible for any client, customer, patient, staff, appointment, payment, service, note, receipt, report, or business information you enter into the App.

You agree to use the App in accordance with all laws and regulations that apply to your business, industry, location, and use case.

This includes, where applicable, privacy, data protection, record keeping, consumer protection, employment, healthcare, veterinary, tax, accounting, and professional regulations.

Artisans 3D does not review, verify, monitor, access, or control the information you enter into the App.

6. Receipts, Reports, Exports, Printing, and Sharing

The App may allow you to generate, export, print, share, or send receipts, reports, backups, appointment details, client records, and other business documents.

You are solely responsible for checking the accuracy and suitability of all generated documents before using, sending, printing, sharing, storing, or relying on them.

Artisans 3D does not guarantee that receipts, reports, exports, or generated documents meet any specific legal, tax, accounting, professional, or regulatory requirement.

7. No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, compatibility with all hardware, compatibility with all operating system versions, or that the App will meet your specific requirements.

We do not guarantee that the App will prevent scheduling conflicts, data loss, missed appointments, incorrect bookings, incorrect reports, incorrect receipts, or business interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Artisans 3D shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

This includes, but is not limited to:

- Missed, incorrect, duplicated, cancelled, or lost appointments.

- Incorrect client, customer, patient, staff, service, price, receipt, report, or business information.

- Scheduling conflicts, no-shows, delays, booking errors, or operational mistakes.

- Loss of data, backups, exports, settings, receipts, reports, or business records.

- Business interruption, loss of revenue, loss of profit, loss of clients, reputational damage, or financial loss.

- Failure to comply with any legal, tax, accounting, healthcare, veterinary, employment, privacy, professional, or regulatory requirement.

You are solely responsible for verifying all information and outputs before relying on them.

In any case, the total liability of Artisans 3D arising out of or related to the App shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the App.

9. User Responsibility

You agree to use the App responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

You are responsible for protecting access to your device, managing your business data, maintaining backups, checking appointment details, and ensuring that the App is suitable for your specific business needs.

You are responsible for training staff or other users who access the App on your device.

10. Updates and Modifications

We may update, modify, add, remove, or change App features from time to time to improve functionality, security, compatibility, or performance.

Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated.

Sections relating to payments, user responsibility, disclaimers, no warranty, limitation of liability, and data responsibility shall survive termination.

12. Apple App Store Terms

Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's App Store Terms of Service and any other applicable Apple terms, rules, and policies.

In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Apple's applicable terms, Apple's terms may apply where required by Apple or applicable law.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.

Continued use of the App after any modifications indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
